The best and easiest way to make sure your diet is full of micronutrients is to vary the color of your fruits and vegetables. I personally don't enjoy using my phone in the produce section to remind me nutritional advice. I feel like choosing the right fruits and vegetables shouldn't involve our smart phones. I can't count how many times someone has almost ran me over in the produce section while they were Lol-ing someones status. They weren't even laughing out loud. Anyway. There is a very simple way to identify what fruits and vegetables contain certain micronutrients. It is simply by there color. If you are blind or color blind I apologize because it might not be so simple for you. Below is a chart that you can download to your brain and it will help you on your next venture to the grocery store. I myself go big when it comes to greens.
